Stir-fried pork slices with dried bean paste

This is the first time I use Pixian Doubanjiang to cook, it tastes good as a side dish😁😁😁

Dried fragrant slices

Remove the garlic cloves and chop into small pieces

Slice the lean meat, marinate with a little light soy sauce and pepper for 15 minutes

Wash celery leaves and set aside

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté the garlic

Pour in the meat slices and stir-fry until cooked through

Then add the dried fragrant seeds and stir-fry

Spoon in a spoonful of Pixian bean paste

Add sugar and stir-fry evenly

Finally add celery leaves

Pour in half a bowl of water, simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes
