Prepare ingredients

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add onion and ginger slices

Fry over high heat until you can smell the aroma of onions and add in the pork ribs

Fry the spareribs until both sides are slightly brown

When frying, prepare the seasoning, mix sugar, vinegar and light soy sauce 443 and set aside, add rice wine, add seasoning and stir-fry evenly

Add water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to low heat and simmer for 25 minutes, then turn to high heat to drain.
