Fried river shrimp
Overview
Early summer is the time when river shrimps are plump and plump. The shrimp heads have shrimp roe and the tails are full of meat. They are so enjoyable to eat. Usually I cook river prawns, but today I'm going to fry them for a different way of eating them, and another delicious experience.

Prepare ingredients.

Chop the onion, ginger, garlic and chili pepper.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, a little salt, water, starch, and sugar to the bowl, mix well and set aside.

Put the peas in the pot and cook for one minute and set aside. Don't cook the tender peas.

Pour oil into the pot, drain the water from the shrimps, pour the shrimps into the oil and fry for about 1 minute, remove and set aside.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and fry until fragrant.

Add corn kernels and peas and stir-fry.

Add the shrimps and stir-fry, then add the prepared sauce into the pot, mix well and serve on a plate.
