Overview
Almond tofu, one of the famous desserts, is made by grinding sweet almonds, boiling them in water, freezing and solidifying, and then cutting them into pieces. It is so named because it looks like tofu. I am a loyal supporter of almonds. How can I not try it myself

Soak fish gelatin powder in milk and set aside
