  1. Wash, peel and shred the white radish.

  5. Heat a pot and add a little oil, add chili, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add white radish and a little water, stir-fry until soft, continue to add vermicelli, season with salt and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until the vermicelli is flavorful and soft.
