Homemade fish-flavored shredded pork

Fish-flavored shredded pork is my favorite dish. It goes very well with rice. It is a dish that has both color and flavor, so I share it with you.

Add the cooking wine, light soy sauce, and starch to the shredded pork and marinate for 15 minutes.

Wash the fungus, soak it for 10-20 minutes, and cut into strips.

Cut carrots, bell peppers, and tomatoes into shreds.

Prepare onions and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant, add tomatoes and stir-fry until they change color.

Add carrots, fungus and bell pepper and stir-fry until soft.

Sauce: vinegar, cooking wine, white sugar, light soy sauce, starch, water.

Pour in the sauce and shredded pork, stir-fry for 2 minutes to reduce the juice.
