Hot pot base ingredients, milk, pork bone soup, cut green onion into sections, add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn off the heat and set aside.

Soak the skin-on pork belly in water for 10 minutes.

Cut into long slices 6 cm long and 0.3 cm thick.

Use a skewer to insert it vertically, and place the meat at the front of the skewer.

The pork belly skewers are ready.

Put the dressed pork belly skewers into a casserole and bring to a boil over high heat. After boiling, add the prepared meatballs, sweet potato starch and coriander, continue to boil, then turn to low heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
