Scallion rolls
Overview
Hanamaki is a pasta similar to steamed buns and steamed buns. It is an ancient and traditional Chinese pasta and a classic home-cooked staple food. It can be made into various flavors such as salt and pepper, sesame sauce, scallion oil, etc. It is rich in nutrients, delicious and simple to make. You only need to make the noodles into thin slices, mix the seasonings, roll them into a hemisphere, and steam them. I have eaten too many Hanamakis since I was a child, but making my own Hanamakis is the first time I get on a sedan chair. It starts with kneading the noodles, fermentation, shaping and finally steaming. The Hanamakis seem to be very simple, but for me, a noodle novice, it is really difficult. It’s a small challenge; I couldn’t help but take a bite after I cooked it; Haha: Although the appearance is not very good-looking, the taste and toughness are really good; I gave a few to my mother to taste, and she received loving praise and encouragement from her, so I will continue to work hard~~~
