Overview
During the good weekend, I took the time to make a street snack, sauce-flavored pancakes. Since I have limited food reserves at home, please allow me to replace the chopped green onions with coriander. I love coriander and it tastes good.

Divide the flour into two portions, pour boiling water into one side to scald the dough, and pour cold water into the other side to knead the dough.
