Cut the mushrooms into cubes, cut the lemongrass into diagonal sections, wash the shrimps, remove the heads and skins, remove the shrimp lines, and leave one intact shrimp for decoration. Wash the squid and cut into appropriate size pieces, cut the spicy millet into diagonal sections, and set aside the tom yum paste and lemon leaves

Add lemon leaves and lemongrass to a pot of water and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add 2 tablespoons of tom yum paste, mix well and bring to a boil

Add mushrooms, add chicken stock cubes and coconut milk and cook for one minute
