Fold the cowpeas into length, wash and set aside.

Cut the meat into slices and add cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and pepper evenly.

Pour oil into the pot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the meat slices and stir-fry over high heat until cooked. Pour in some cornstarch water.

Finally, pour the cowpeas into the plate and turn over twice and return to the pot.
