Ningbo's pickled vegetables are quite famous and can be eaten with many ingredients. Today I brought a home-cooked dish to my friends, pickled pickled vegetables and shredded potatoes

Cut the potatoes into shreds and soak them in water to prevent them from oxidizing and turning black. Our family is a big eater, so the amount is a bit too much. You can cut it in half

Chop the pickled mustard greens and set aside, mince green onions and mince garlic for later use

Drain the shredded potatoes and set aside

Pour oil into a hot pan and heat it up

Pour in shredded potatoes and stir-fry

Fry until cooked

Add minced garlic and stir-fry pickles

Add cooking wine and sauté until fragrant

Add sesame oil to enhance fragrance

Stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onion, season with MSG and stir evenly
