Oil-free Coke Chicken Wings
Overview
In the past two days, several incidents of spoiled meat being used in catering businesses have been exposed, which has further strengthened our belief in doing it ourselves as cooks. At least the ingredients we buy can look fresh and the taste they make will be liked by our families. Today I made an oil-free version of Coke chicken wings. It is really convenient to use a non-stick pan. The finished product is delicious and not greasy, which is very popular with the children at home.

-
Wash the chicken wings, make two cuts on the back, add shredded ginger and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
-
Prepare cola, shredded ginger and garlic.
-
Heat a non-stick pan, put the chicken wings face down into the pan, and fry over low heat until brown. You can lift the pan and shake it halfway to help it heat and color evenly.

When one side is browned, flip over and fry the other side.
-
Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and a few drops of dark soy sauce.
-
Then pour in the Coke.
-
After the fire comes to a boil, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
-
Finally, open the lid and heat over high heat to collect the juice.
