Add seasonings and flour to the pumpkin, use boiling water to make pumpkin dumplings, then add various vegetables or meat, use cheese, cream and fruits to cook a fragrant sauce, and combine it into a delicious pot of meals. I really like this method of making vegetables into dumplings and then adding them to the dish. There are so many materials that can be used, such as cream potato dumplings, golden pumpkin dumplings, lavender taro dumplings, purple potato dumplings, white yam dumplings, green spinach dumplings, etc. The color is bright, which not only adds color to vegetables, but also provides energy. Thaw the four purchased frozen chicken legs and put them into a pot of cold water. After boiling, take them out when the chicken legs change color. The purpose is to remove the fishy smell.

While the chicken is cooking, peel and seed the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces, put it into the rice cooker and steam it together with the rice.

Remove the bones from the chicken legs that have been soaked in water and cut them into small pieces

Put the bones and chicken into a pot of cold water, add onion, ginger and garlic, bring to a boil, simmer over high heat for ten minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove the cooked chicken and set aside, leaving out the bones.

Mash the steamed pumpkin into pumpkin puree with a rolling pin.

Put a piping device about 1cm into a piping bag.

Add salt, cake flour, cinnamon, and pepper and mix into batter.

Pour the pumpkin batter into a piping bag.

Take a pot, add cold water and bring to a boil. While the heat is simmering, use a piping bag to pipe out sections of pumpkin dough into the pot.

When the pumpkin dough floats, it's basically done.

Cut the apple into small cubes.

Heat a pan, pour in light cream and add apple puree.

Fry until fragrant.

Then add the chicken stock in which the chicken was cooked.

Pour in the chicken and pumpkin dough and mix gently to combine.

Add the mozzarella cheese and salt and simmer, stirring, until the cheese is completely dissolved and the soup is thick and smooth.
