  1. The ratio of white flour and corn flour is 2:1, together with baking powder, baking powder, and sugar, stir evenly and then use warm water of about 35 degrees to knead the dough (it is slightly softer and easier to ferment) and mix until the "three lights" (i.e. basin light, hand light, and dough light)

  2. After the dough is mixed, place it in a warm place to rise. Wait until the dough has doubled in size and there are large honeycombs after peeling it off (more than 40 minutes)

  3. Sprinkle a little dry flour on the chopping board, knead the risen dough into the shape you like, and set it aside for 2 proofing times (more than 20 minutes)
