  1. Prepare the required ingredients. I cooked glutinous rice because I thought my grandma would eat it too. (Actually, the glutinous rice can be directly soaked and steamed in a pot for about 30 minutes.) After soaking the glutinous rice for 2 hours, soak the lotus leaf mushrooms until soft, cut the chicken legs into pieces and marinate with cooking wine.
