I have loved eating glutinous rice chicken since I was a child. Today I am going to learn how to make glutinous rice chicken at home~

Prepare the required ingredients. I cooked glutinous rice because I thought my grandma would eat it too. (Actually, the glutinous rice can be directly soaked and steamed in a pot for about 30 minutes.) After soaking the glutinous rice for 2 hours, soak the lotus leaf mushrooms until soft, cut the chicken legs into pieces and marinate with cooking wine.

I used lard because it makes it more fragrant

Saute the ginger until fragrant, add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until it changes color

Pour in the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry

Pour in the dried shrimps and continue to stir-fry. You can also add other ingredients

Add Zhuhou sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, add some water and simmer
