Prepare materials.

Pour the pork bones into water, peel and cut the carrots, kudzu and water chestnuts into cubes, and put them into a casserole.

Add an appropriate amount of water at a time, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for two hours.

Add salt to taste.
