Stir-fried minced pork with preserved eggs and leek flowers
Overview
A while ago, my aunt made some salted and preserved eggs and brought them over. There wasn’t much left. Today I added two of them to the stir-fried leek flowers and minced pork. It’s simple and delicious, not bad~
