Overview
The sand tea sauce is combined with the fungus and chicken feet. The fungus is so delicious that it makes people eat the fungus directly before thinking of eating the chicken feet.

Wash the dried fungus and set aside for use. Slice green onions for later use. After removing the nails, the chicken feet are "fluttered" with boiling water and then cross the cold river.

First sauté the ingredients with oil until fragrant, add the chicken feet and stir-fry for a while, then add the seasonings and stir-fry until you smell the aroma of the sauce and ingredients, then add the pasta water (it is best to use soup) and simmer.

When the water content is reduced by half, add the fungus and continue simmering.
