Sometimes I eat very greasy food for several days, so I want to make a very light pot of cabbage and tofu to clear my stomach

Wash the cabbage and cut it into appropriate size pieces, melt the frozen tofu at room temperature, and mince the green onion

Heat a pan, add a little oil and stir-fry green onions until fragrant

Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until soft

Add appropriate amount of soup or water to boil, add chicken stock cubes, salt and pepper to taste

Add in the frozen tofu and simmer for about 5-8 minutes, then turn off the heat
