Steps

  1. Take a pack of stew pot sauce. Our family doesn’t like spicy food, so we chose the seafood sauce (slightly spicy).

  2. Tear open the bag and take out the sauce packets inside one by one. There are eight packets in total, which are: red dates, wolfberry and sesame buns, secret sauce, sauce powder packets, secret base oil, secret seafood sauce, secret spicy sauce, secret sauce, and secret cooking oil.

  3. The main ingredient I use here is chicken wings. In fact, I personally think that if seafood ingredients such as live shrimp and squid can be added, the taste will be more delicious. Wash the chicken wings and drain the water, then score both sides lengthwise for easy flavoring.

  18. Take a non-stick pan or an electric pan that can be used on an induction cooker. I am using a multi-functional electric pan. Plug the pan into the power supply, set the heat to low, and add the secret base oil.
