Cod vegetable rice cake baby food supplement, green vegetable leaves + carrot + cowpea + egg + rice
Overview
I often make this pancake. I am not limited to certain ingredients. I can add whatever is available at home. It is a good way to let the baby eat vegetables and eat rice in a different way. It can be either a main meal or a snack, and it is best to take it out to eat. It is more nutritious than buying biscuits, steamed buns, etc. directly for your baby outside. It is fragrant and does not require any other seasoning. The ingredients are rich in flavor and restore the original taste of the food. Reference age in months: 10M+

Steps
-
When the ingredients are ready, cut the cod and carrots into small pieces and set aside.
-
Cut the green vegetables and cowpeas into small pieces and blanch them in boiling water.
-
Take it out and put it into a food supplement machine with the cut ingredients, add a little milk and beat finely.
-
(For those under 1 year old, you can add rice and make a paste. For those over 1 year old, you can chop it directly without using a food supplement machine.)
-
Beat an egg into the beaten vegetable paste, pour in the soft rice, and stir evenly.
-
Don’t forget to add a little less flour to help form the dough and prevent it from falling apart.
-
Pour in the flour, heat the pan, pour a small amount of walnut oil, put a spoonful into the pan and press it into a round cake shape.
-
Fry slowly over low heat until both sides are golden brown and it’s ready to serve!
-
If you want the skin to be crispier, fry it for a while longer.
