Peel the shrimps from their shells, open their backs and devein them. Use a little starch to wash them, rinse them and drain them. Add a little salt, pepper and rice wine to mix well and marinate them in the refrigerator for more than half an hour.

Cut the dragon fruit in half along the middle.

Remove the pulp and cut into small cubes.

Wash the okra and blanch it in a pot of boiling water for half a minute, then drain it into cold water.

Peel and dice the mango, and dice the okra and red pepper separately.
