It was my first time to learn how to make beef steamed rice noodles. Because my son loves beef and my sister is very good at making it, I called her and asked her how to make it. My sister fried the rice noodles herself, so it was very fragrant. Have confidence to do well.

Prepare beef

Prepare rice flour

Prepare egg white, cooking wine, salt, oil, and appropriate amount of cornstarch.

Put all the ingredients together.

Add some more ginger to enhance the flavor. Then stir evenly and marinate for 30 minutes to absorb the flavor.

After the beef is marinated, start wrapping it.

Put enough water. Otherwise, you might be afraid that it will dry out in the middle of the process. It needs to be steamed for 1 hour. Beef is not easy to cook.

An hour later, the beef was steamed and fragrant.

Pour the beef into a bowl, add the chili noodles, Sichuan peppercorn noodles, and coriander and stir evenly.
