  1. Prepare materials. Cut potatoes and carrots into thick strips, slice cucumbers, wash broccoli and break into small florets.

  2. The night before, marinate the pork chops with dark soy sauce, salt, scallion oil, ginger oil, and corn starch, and put them in the refrigerator.
