Sweet bean egg tart
Overview
The difference between Chinese New Year and normal times is almost nothing except paying New Year greetings to relatives. Food and clothing are sufficient for normal times. There is nothing else that must be cooked and eaten during the Spring Festival, or only when the Spring Festival is not willing to buy new ones. Without these things that were once looked forward to during the New Year, it is no wonder that the Spring Festival will become more and more submerged in ordinary life. Several relatives came down to pay New Year's greetings, and they ate so much that no one wanted to eat anything else. Every family had the same meal. Sometimes, I just want to stay at home and not go out. I only get up when I’m hungry and eat some snacks to make it happen. At this time, egg tarts are most suitable with black tea. A piece of honey bean egg tart combines the crispy pastry of the egg tart, the soft and tender filling of the tart, and the sweet aroma of the honey bean. It is rich and overflowing with sweet taste, just like the tender words of a lover that cannot be resolved. Make a cup of warm black tea and let the Spring Festival also be romantic in this sweet warmth~~ Note: The oven used this time is Kepu TO5330 oven, which is the first oven in China that can knead dough, the first oven with upper and lower circular tubes, and the first oven that combines the functions of a bread machine with oven and fermentation functions. You can also use each function independently to make more colorful delicacies!
