Sift the mixed flour into the egg yolk paste

First knead it into a large dough with your hands and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then divide into individual portions (25 grams each), roll into small balls and set aside.
-
Use a mooncake mold to mold the small dough into a flower shape. If you don't have a mold, you can just flatten it with your hands. (The mooncake mold is the 50g size)
-
Preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. When the time is up and the oven stops working, don't rush to take it out. Use the residual heat of the oven to continue baking for 5 minutes. (Each oven has different power, the temperature and time here are for reference only^_^)

Take out of the oven and let cool.
