Add butter and continue kneading into a smooth dough. You need to knead the dough for a little longer, about 15 minutes, to make the dough tough

Cover the dough with a layer of plastic wrap on the basin, prepare a bowl of warm water, and put it in the oven to ferment

When the dough has fermented to 2 to 3 times in size, take it out, divide it evenly into six parts, knead it a little and deflate it

Roll the dough into a pancake shape, add half a ham sausage and a little grated cheese

Roll up and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, place in the oven for secondary fermentation

Brush the surface of the fermented bread dough with egg wash, then add grated cheese, tomato sauce, salad dressing, and chopped green onion in order

Put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 150 degrees for 23 minutes
