Not having enough of the radish stuffed buns, here comes another batch of radish stuffed dumplings. 😄

Steps

  1. Mix the dough with warm water and knead it into a smooth dough, then let it rise for 20 minutes.

  3. Roll the risen dough into strips and cut into small pieces.

  4. Roll into dumpling wrappers

  5. Wrap into dumplings

  6. Heat the oil in the pan. After the oil is hot, add the dumplings and fry until the bottom is golden brown. Add water to cover one-third of the dumplings. Cover the pan and heat over medium-low heat.
