Overview

Sometimes I can't finish the groceries at one time, so I just put them in the refrigerator. A carrot, a ham sausage, a king oyster mushroom, and two potatoes are all put together to stir-fry. Not to mention filling the rice, it's the most enjoyable to eat with a spoon!

  1. Prepare the raw materials;

  2. Wash, peel and dice the carrots, wash, peel and dice the potatoes, remove the outer packaging of the ham and dice it, wash and dice the king oyster mushrooms;

  3. Peel and mince ginger;

  4. In a small bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, seasoning, and appropriate amount of water, stir well into a bowl and set aside;

  5. Heat oil in a wok over low heat and stir-fry minced ginger until fragrant;

  6. Add diced carrots and stir-fry over medium heat;

  7. Add diced potatoes and stir-fry;

  8. When the diced potatoes and carrots are ripe, add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry;

  9. Cut off the king oyster mushrooms and add diced ham;

  10. Stir well and add the prepared sauce;

  11. After the vegetables are fragrant, add water starch to thicken the gravy;

  12. Stir fry evenly;
