Wash the fish you bought and marinate it with salt and cooking wine for half an hour to remove the fishy smell

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear into strips

Heat oil in a pan, add slices of ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add fish

Fry the fish until lightly browned on both sides, sprinkle with some green onions and saute until fragrant

Add water to the rice cooker, add oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and green onions. Pour the fried fish into the pot, add a spoonful of salt, and light soy sauce
