Dongpo Pork
Overview
This Dongpo pork dish is fat but not greasy and very delicious. It is stewed with Huadiao wine over low heat, and the aroma fills the room while it is stewed.

Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot. After the water boils, add the pork belly and boil for 5 minutes.
