Ingredients, tomatoes, boxed tofu, oyster mushrooms, chives.

Peel tomatoes and cut into pieces, wash and tear open mushrooms.

Heat oil in a pan, add chives and stir-fry until fragrant, add tomatoes and oyster mushrooms, stir-fry, and cook with some rice wine.

Add hot water and bring to a boil.

Add the cubed tofu, season with salt.

Bring to the boil again and sprinkle in some pepper!
