Rice cake with fresh squid broth
Overview
Rice cake soup is indispensable, and it’s perfect in this hot and cold spring. Boil a pot of rice cake soup, and add a spoonful of hot sauce as needed. It’s refreshing and delicious. And the ingredients that go with the rice cakes are very optional, so you can’t go wrong by adding them according to your own preferences. What I served today was shredded pork, squid and cabbage.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add a little oil and water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the cabbage and carrot shreds to the pot.
