Overview
Summer cold dishes are not annoying to eat every day. So I change the style of cold dishes every day, and here comes the cold salad lettuce.

Ingredients: shred lettuce, peel, soak and blanch, shred carrots, garlic cloves, coriander.

Crush the garlic cloves. When chopping the cilantro, separate the thicker part of the cilantro roots from the cilantro leaves and set aside.

Put the lettuce, rhizome, carrots, and chopped garlic into a mixing bowl, add salt, MSG, and cumin powder.

Add light soy sauce and vinegar.

Turn on the heat and pour oil into the pot.

Heat the oil, add peppercorns and fry for a few seconds.

Add the root part of the coriander and fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

Pour the oil in the pot into a mixing bowl, mix well, and sprinkle in the chopped coriander.
