Overview
It was my first time to eat sesame sesame pancakes. When I took a bite, the crust was crispy and the aroma of sesame paste inside filled my mouth. After eating one, I still wanted to eat the next one.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add oil to the dough, add the soaked yeast into the dough and knead it together into a ball, then leave it in a warm place to ferment. Ferment until doubled in size.

Mix thirteen spices, dark soy sauce, cooking oil, and sesame paste together and set aside.

Use hot water to melt the sugar until it becomes sticky, and then spread it on the cake crust to stick the sesame seeds.

Knead the dough well and roll it out into a thin crust.

Apply sesame sauce.

Roll into a long strip.

Divide the dough into even lengths.

Put your hands into a ball.

Flatten the cake base.

Brush the sugar water on with a brush.

Dip in sesame seeds.

Add oil to the electric baking pan, put the cake in and bake for five minutes.
