Stir-fried prawns with green onions
Overview
Prawns are a frequent guest on my family's dining table, especially the prawns stir-fried with green onions. They are very delicious, bright red in color, tender and elastic in texture, and have a strong aroma of green onions. The rice with the soup is especially delicious. It is a dish that is suitable for all ages to accompany wine and food.
