Mix the flour, baking powder, soda powder, sugar and salt evenly, add the softened butter at room temperature, and knead it into granules with your hands.

Add a beaten egg and vanilla extract and knead into a dough.

Cover the dough tightly and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Press into cubes with your hands.

Use a rolling pin to roll it into a thickness of 2-3CM.

Use a round mold to press out round pieces.

Then use the end of the rolling pin to make a small dimple in the middle of each round piece.

Arrange into baking pan.

Pour an appropriate amount of jam into the center of each round.

Brush the edges with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

After brushing with egg wash, place it in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
