Stir-fried pork belly and carrots
Overview
Carrots are also called baby ginseng. I usually don’t like to eat raw carrots, but I don’t want to lose the nutrients of carrots, so I eat them fried. Carrots are a fat-soluble vegetable, so stir-frying them with pork belly is the best combination.
