Cut the winter melon into pieces (as shown in the picture).

Prepare the ingredients (garlic slices, ginger chopped with a knife, dried shrimps, shaker soaked in half a bowl of boiling water until soft).

Add oil and salt to a clam pot, add garlic and ginger, stir-fry clams until fragrant, add white wine, add pepper, stir-fry winter melon, add water and bring to a boil, then pour it into a casserole and cook.

After pouring it into the casserole, add the fish sauce, soaked dried shrimps, pour the shaker together with the soaking water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After about half an hour, try the winter melon and if it feels good, add pepper again, add chicken powder and turn off the heat.
