Norwegian home cooking - tomato cod soup
Overview
Norwegians like to use cod and salmon to make various fish soups. Paired with fresh European bread and seasonal salads, it is a hot dinner, especially suitable for the long and cold winter. Today's hot soup comes with a lot of vegetables, and most of the vegetables are pureed and melted into the soup. Even children who don't like vegetables can't fault it. The strong tomato flavor is definitely a favorite of children.
