Have all materials ready

Slice garlic, mince green onion, and cut chili into sections for later use

Pinch off the roots of the bean sprouts, or not

Take out the vermicelli that has been soaked in advance

Pour oil into the pot, heat 30%, add garlic and chili and fry until fragrant

Add soybean sprouts and light soy sauce and stir-fry
