Have all materials ready

Separate the egg white and egg yolk, add milk to the egg yolk

Use a hand mixer to mix evenly until there is a layer of foam on top

Add corn oil and continue to stir evenly

Add cake flour

Mix evenly and make it smooth

Add lemon juice and sugar to egg whites and beat

First add one-third of the egg whites into the egg yolk liquid, stir evenly

Add the mixed egg yolk liquid to the remaining egg whites and mix well

Place a layer of parchment paper on the bottom of a square baking pan, pour in cake batter and smooth it out

Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius in about 20 minutes. Let cool, spread with light cream, add fruit and roll up
