Shredded radish and minced meat porridge
Overview
There is a folk proverb that says, if you eat radish in winter and ginger in summer, you won't have to worry about the doctor prescribing medicine. White radish has the effects of lowering qi and digestion, removing phlegm and moisturizing the lungs, detoxifying and promoting fluid production, relieving coughs, and facilitating defecation. Children at home tend to get angry easily, and the weather is dry in winter, so this shredded radish minced pork porridge is one of the ones that often appears in my family's breakfast in winter.
