Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the spareribs and remove the blood. Fill a pot with water, add a small amount of cooking wine and a piece of ginger slices, blanch the spareribs in water to remove the foam
-
After blanching, take it out and rinse off the foam on the surface
-
Peel the yam and cut it into pieces with a hob. Be sure to wear gloves to prevent allergies and itching. If it is very severe, apply white vinegar on both hands first and then wear gloves. This is the case for me, it is itchy at all times. Soak the cut yam pieces in water to avoid discoloration.
-
Peel the corn, wash it and cut it into thinner pieces. Spare.
-
Put water in the pot, add onions and ginger, and bring to a boil.
-
Add the ribs first, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn down the heat and simmer for 1 and a half to 2 hours, then add the yam and corn and simmer for another half hour. Finally add a few wolfberries and season with salt.
