Baby cabbage and meatball soup

In the cold winter, drinking a bowl of hot soup when you go home after get off work can relieve the fatigue of the day and will not put too much pressure on the intestines and stomach.

  1. The ingredients are as shown in the picture. I marinated the meat filling in soy sauce and sesame oil in advance.

  2. Slice half of the mushrooms and mince half, mince the green onion, ginger and coriander and set aside.

  3. Pick the baby cabbage piece by piece, wash and cut into pieces.

  4. Add an egg to the meat filling and mix vigorously. Add onion, ginger, and minced mushrooms and mix vigorously in one direction. Season with appropriate amount of salt.
