Ingredients: edamame, pickles (washed), yam (washed and peeled)

Peel and wash the edamame beans and set aside.

Place the packed yam on the chopping board and cut into small pieces, set aside.

Place the washed pickles on the chopping board and chop into pieces, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped yam and washed edamame and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of water and boil until cooked.
