  1. Add two eggs and a little salt to the flour.

  6. Knead each piece of dough thoroughly for a minute or two to make the dough stronger, sprinkle with white flour, and then put the dough into the dough press to adjust the thickness and press it.

  7. Press the dough repeatedly and adjust the thickness to the right amount (according to personal preference).

  8. Start pressing the formed noodles.

  9. According to the length of the dough, divide the noodles into certain lengths and separate them into handfuls.

  10. Sprinkle the finished noodles over the cornmeal surface and shake evenly to prevent sticking.
