Add two eggs and a little salt to the flour.

Knead the dough with warm water into a smooth dough and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Wake up the dough, spread it on the cornmeal surface, spread it on the white flour surface and put the dough machine aside.

Knead the dough to make it stronger.

Divide the kneaded dough into equal-sized balls.

Knead each piece of dough thoroughly for a minute or two to make the dough stronger, sprinkle with white flour, and then put the dough into the dough press to adjust the thickness and press it.

Press the dough repeatedly and adjust the thickness to the right amount (according to personal preference).

Start pressing the formed noodles.

According to the length of the dough, divide the noodles into certain lengths and separate them into handfuls.

Sprinkle the finished noodles over the cornmeal surface and shake evenly to prevent sticking.

The hand-pressed noodles are finished.
