Steps

  1. Wash the pork ribs to remove the moisture, and slice the lean meat into slices about 2-3mm thick. It doesn’t need to be too thin, because the steamed meat is very tender and soft.

  2. Add a little cornstarch and mix first, the meat will be more tender; then add a pack of steamed pork powder bought by Moubao (I use Jianghua brand, not to advertise, because it is slightly spicy for me), about 220g per pack, 1/3 bowl of water, mix well; one pack of powder is suitable for 300-350g of meat. I made 300g of meat this time, which is a bit salty.

  3. Put it on a plate and put it in the steamer and boil the water for fifteen minutes. I put it on the top of the rice cooker and cook it together with the rice. I always choose a more time-saving method.

  4. Just put some green onions out of the pot, steam the meat for fifteen minutes and stir-fry some green vegetables. In this way, a meal for two with one table and two dishes after get off work is completed. The taste is slightly spicy and soft, but it is easy to get tired. If you have time, it is recommended to make a clear soup.
