Mapo Tofu
Overview
This is a Sichuan dish that many people like. This is also the first time I have published it. Maybe some parts are not very clear. I hope everyone can forgive me. Thank you~~

Boil water and blanch the tofu for two minutes, then remove and cut into pieces.

Bring peanut oil to a boil, then add Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, shredded ginger, Laoganma, and bean paste, and sauté for 1 minute. Then put the minced meat and sauté until yellow.

Bring the water to a boil, then add the tofu, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the starch diluted with water and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add some sugar, chicken essence and green onions, then pick up the pot and shake it gently to make the flavors even.
